Switzerland - Network Testing Tool

EFF has launched a tool to watch ISPs that throttle P2P transfers.

EFF has released a new hi-tech tool named Switzerland that will allows users to probe whtether their ISPs are having their P2P transfers restricted.

This will make the job of ISP testing a lot more easier.

It will spot IP packets which are forged or modified between clients, inform you, and give you copies of the modified packets.
